The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 70–150 of human IL7 (NP_000871.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated in human, mouse and rat samples, with one scientific validation image available.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
