Anti-IL6R Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 115–320 of human IL6R (NP_000556.1), and the antibody was prepared by affinity purification; the target has a reported molecular weight of 78 kDa.
