Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against recombinant full length human IL6R, is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and specifically detects endogenous levels of IL6R protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and recognises the target at a molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa.
