Anti-IL6 Antibody [KT105]

Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent targeting IL6, with clone ID KT105 and an IgG2b isotype. It is unconjugated, supplied in liquid form, validated for ELISA, and reactive with human samples.

The immunogen is recombinant human IL-6. Per manufacturer guidance, recommended dilutions are ELISA at 1/1,000, WB at 1/500–1/5,000, and sELISA at 5 µg/ml. The product concentration is 1 mg/ml. It is purified through a Protein A column and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.09% sodium azide.

For storage, the reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
