Anti-IL6 Antibody [6D7]

Mouse monoclonal antibody [clone 6D7] targeting IL6, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is of the IgG1 isotype, unconjugated, and raised in a mouse host. It is validated for ELISA and reacts with human samples. The immunogen used was purified recombinant human IL-6.

The product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0, and purification is carried out by Protein G affinity chromatography. The epitope recognised is designated F0. The working concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the lyophilised product is reconstituted with double distilled water.

Shipping is performed at 4°C; upon arrival the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
