Anti-IL3RA Antibody

Provided as a rabbit polyclonal reagent by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated IgG antibody targets IL3RA, also referred to as IL3RA/CD123. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supported by 3 scientific validation images.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human IL3RA (NP_002174.1). It is supplied as a liquid product with a molecular weight of 70 kDa and is affinity purified. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
