Anti-IL36R Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IL-36R, offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Manufacturer data indicates reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-116 of human IL36R (NP_003845.2). The target has a reported molecular weight of 65 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
