Raised in rabbit against mouse interleukin-36 gamma, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of antiserum validated for Western Blot detection of IL36G. IL36G (also known as IL-1F9) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine of the IL-1 family that engages the IL-36R receptor and contributes to epithelial barrier inflammation, psoriasis-like skin pathology, and mucosal immune responses. The antibody is reactive with mouse IL36G, supporting work in transgenic and knockout mouse models of cutaneous or systemic inflammation. Because it is provided unconjugated, the reagent pairs flexibly with HRP-labelled or fluorophore-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibodies, allowing both chemiluminescent and fluorescence-based immunoblotting. Each vial is supplied at 100 µl; for best results, centrifuge briefly before opening, aliquot upon arrival, and store aliquots frozen at -20 degrees C while avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Working dilutions and blocking conditions should be optimized empirically for each lysate preparation. Intended for research use only and not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
