Anti-IL36G Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IL36G, also referred to as IL36 gamma/IL-1F9. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with immunohistochemistry (IHC) additionally listed among the product's applications.

It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–169 of human IL36G (NP_062564.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. Affinity purification is used.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration specified as lot specific. Recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
