Anti-IL33 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of IL-33. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation that has been affinity purified and is validated for Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000. It cross-reacts with IL-33 in samples from human, mouse and rat origins.

The target protein migrates at approximately 33 kDa. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110–190 of human IL33 (NP_254274.1). It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
