Anti-IL31RA Antibody

A polyclonal antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blotting applications and is reactive with human and mouse samples. Host species is rabbit, with polyclonal clonality and an IgG isotype.

The target is IL-31RA. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human IL31RA (NP_001229568.1). Reported molecular weights are 41 kDa and 70 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. Concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000.

Storage guidance from the manufacturer is shipment at 4 °C, followed by aliquoting and storage at -20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
