Anti-IL3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL-3, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with human and mouse samples and is provided as a liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-152 of human IL3 (NP_000579.2) and is affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
