Anti-IL2RG Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against IL2RG and supplied unconjugated. It is reactive with both human and mouse samples and is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 290-369 of human CD132/IL-2 R gamma (NP_000197.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. Antibody applications listed include Western blot and immunohistochemistry.

Affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. A Western blot dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1,000 is recommended. Shipped at 4°C; aliquot upon delivery and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
