Anti-IL2RB Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets IL2 Receptor beta/p75 (IL2RB). It is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supplied unconjugated as a liquid formulation.

The reagent has been affinity purified from a host rabbit, using a recombinant fusion protein immunogen corresponding to amino acids 316-431 of human IL2RB (NP_000869.1). It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target is reported at a molecular weight of 75 kDa. For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:100-1:500 is recommended, and the concentration is lot specific. The antibody is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
