Anti-IL2RA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets IL-2 Receptor alpha (IL2RA / CD25) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity-purified.

It has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and Flow Cytometry, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human CD25 (NP_000408.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and Flow Cytometry 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
