Anti-IL27 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets IL27 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

Raised against recombinant human IL27 protein and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total IL27 protein. According to the manufacturer's validation data, it reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For continuous use, storage at -20°C is recommended.
