Anti-IL24 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IL-24, manufactured by Antibodies.com for use as a primary antibody in research applications. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It reacts with Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 52–140 of human IL24 (NP_001172085.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 26 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.
