Anti-IL23R Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175072)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IL-23R, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ICC/IF applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 510–629 of human IL23R (NP_653302.2). The product is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported target molecular weight of 68 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
