Anti-IL23R Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human IL23R immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The IgG preparation is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and it specifically detects endogenous total IL23R in human, mouse and rat samples.
