Anti-IL22 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit IgG antibody directed against IL-22, supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The antibody was affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 16 kDa.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 34–179 of human IL-22 (NP_065386.1), and the reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is recommended for Western blot at 1:500–1:1,000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) at 1:50–1:200.

Three scientific validation images are provided: a Western blot on HL-60 lysate using the antibody at 1:900 with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000 (25 µg per lane, blocked with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, ECL Basic Kit, 180 s exposure), and immunofluorescence staining of HL-60 and Raji cells at 1:100 with DAPI nuclear counterstain. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
