Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL21R, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for research use. Raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human IL21R, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of IL21R protein. It is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The observed molecular weight is ~ 59 kDa.
