Anti-IL21R Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IL-21R, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation intended for use in western blot applications. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated by the manufacturer for the detection of human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-240 of human IL21R (NP_851565.4). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa, and the antibody is obtained by affinity purification. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

For western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is advised. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
