Anti-IL20RB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody was raised against IL20RB (also referred to as IL-20R2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot applications and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 48–177 of human IL20RB (NP_653318.2).

Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. The manufacturer recommends a Western blot dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
