The Anti-IL2 Antibody [KT7] from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal antibody of the IgG2b isotype, raised against human Interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 15.5 kDa cytokine central to T-cell proliferation and immune regulation.
The KT7 clone binds specifically to human IL-2, supporting ELISA-based quantification of this cytokine in cell culture supernatants and research-derived samples.
Supplied as a liquid preparation at 200 µg in a single vial, this unconjugated reagent provides flexibility for use as a capture or detection antibody in custom immunoassay development.
