Anti-IL2 Antibody [KT7]

The Antibodies.com Anti-IL2 Antibody [KT7] is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b raised against recombinant human Interleukin-2 (IL-2), supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation in a single vial. The KT7 clone specifically recognizes native and recombinant human IL-2, a 15.5 kDa cytokine secreted primarily by activated CD4+ T helper cells. IL-2 drives lymphocyte proliferation and supports regulatory T cell (Treg) maintenance through the high-affinity IL-2 receptor complex (CD25/CD122/CD132). This unconjugated reagent is validated for ELISA detection of human IL-2 and is used in immunology research on immune regulation, transplant tolerance, and autoimmunity. For best stability, store refrigerated at 4 degrees C and keep the stock protected from light; aliquot upon first use to minimise freeze-thaw cycles of the antibody solution.
