Anti-IL2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IL-2 (Interleukin-2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–153 of human IL2 (NP_000577.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 15–20 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested.
