Anti-IL2 Antibody [9F9]

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 9F9) raised against IL2, available from Antibodies.com in lyophilised form. It is validated for ELISA and reacts with human samples. The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype and is supplied unconjugated.

The antibody was generated using recombinant human IL-2 as immunogen, and no cross-reaction with other proteins has been identified. Purification is by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the formulation is lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. The product should be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
