Anti-IL2 Antibody [8C2]

Mouse monoclonal (8C2) antibody targeting IL2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. This unconjugated IgG1 reagent was raised in mouse and is validated for ELISA, reacting with human samples. The immunogen used was recombinant human IL-2, and the antibody shows no identified cross-reaction with other proteins. It is provided in lyophilised form, purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2. Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the product is reconstituted with double distilled water. For handling, it is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
