Anti-IL2 Antibody [6F11]

Mouse monoclonal (6F11) antibody to IL2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for flow cytometry (FC) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is recombinant human IL-2, and no cross-reaction with other proteins has been identified.

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, the antibody is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2. Concentration is reconstitution dependent; the product should be reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The epitope is identified as Sp2/0-Ag14.
