Anti-IL2 Antibody [6B1]

Antibodies.com supplies a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6B1) raised against recombinant human IL-2 and validated for use in ELISA. The reagent is of the IgG1 isotype, presented in unconjugated form, and is reactive with human samples, with no cross-reaction against other proteins identified by the manufacturer.

It is provided lyophilised from a 0.01 M phosphate-buffered saline solution at pH 7.2, purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. Shipped at 4 °C, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided, and reconstituted with double-distilled water.
