Anti-IL2 Antibody [5A8]

A mouse monoclonal antibody targeting IL2 is available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The clone 5A8, raised in mouse, yields an IgG2b isotype antibody validated for ELISA applications and reactive with human samples.

The unconjugated product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, with purity achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography. The immunogen used was recombinant human IL-2, and the manufacturer reports that no cross-reaction with other proteins has been identified.

Storage instructions specify shipment at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water, with the working concentration described as reconstitution dependent.
