Anti-IL1RN Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL-1RA (IL1RN) from Antibodies.com, listed within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–159 of human IL1RA (NP_000568.1). It has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 18 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
