IL1RL1/ST2 signaling drives Th2-skewed inflammation, allergic airway responses, eosinophil recruitment, and cardioprotective pathways after myocardial stress, and it has been implicated in asthma models, mucosal immunity, and cardiac fibrosis research.

This unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as 100 µg of liquid formulation in a single vial and has been validated for western blot (WB) detection of IL1RL1 in mouse tissue lysates and cultured cell extracts.
