Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL1RL1 (ST2), offered by Antibodies.com within its Primary antibody range. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and is raised in rabbit. It is validated for Western blot and ELISA, and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–328 of human ST2. Observed molecular weights of 30 kDa, 41 kDa and 70 kDa are reported alongside a predicted molecular weight of 63 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Storage guidance: shipped at 4 °C; aliquot and store at −20 °C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
