Anti-IL1RAP Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against IL1RAP, also known as IL-1RAcP. It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation, and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–356 of human IL-1RAcP (NP_001161402.1) and cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 73 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
