Anti-IL1RA Antibody [KT6]

This mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets IL1RA and is validated for use in ELISA. The clone is designated KT6 and is of the IgG1 isotype, supplied as a liquid preparation.

The reagent reacts with human samples and was raised against recombinant human IL-1ra. It is unconjugated and supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The IgG fraction is purified through a Protein A column. A recommended working dilution for ELISA is 1 µg/ml.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
