Anti-IL1R1 Antibody

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with human samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full length human IL1R1 as the immunogen and, as an IL1R1 pAb, detects endogenous levels of IL1R1 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at an observed molecular weight of approximately 75–80 kDa.
