Anti-IL1A Antibody

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The antibody is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and is validated for Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution of 1:500-1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-271 of human IL-1 alpha (NP_000566.3), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa.
