Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IL18RAP and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB). It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human IL18RAP and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the IL18RAP protein. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of ~ 52 kDa, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.
