Anti-IL18R1 Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against IL18R1 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–320 of human IL18R1/IL-18 R alpha (NP_003846.1), and the target protein shows an apparent molecular weight of 75 kDa. The buffer is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the concentration is lot specific.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity to Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is shipped at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
