Anti-IL18BP Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and specifically detects human Interleukin-18 Binding Protein (IL18BP), a naturally secreted decoy receptor that binds the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-18 with high affinity and dampens downstream inflammasome-driven signaling. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in a 100 µl vial, validated for western blot detection of endogenous IL18BP in human cell lysates and tissue extracts. Because IL18BP modulates the balance between IL-18 and IFN-γ activity, the reagent supports studies of cytokine regulation, Th1 immune responses, and inflammatory disease models. The antibody is reactive against human IL18BP and is intended for research use only.
