Anti-IL18BP Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against IL18BP, an unconjugated IgG reagent validated on human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 31-194 of human IL18BP (NP_001138529.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
