Anti-IL18 Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against IL18 and supplied as an unconjugated liquid. It is validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 40–100 of human IL18 (NP_001553.1). The antibody is of the IgG isotype, purified by affinity chromatography, and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight of the target is 22 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for immunoprecipitation. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
