Anti-IL18 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IL18 and offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with human samples.

The reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen was recombinant full-length human IL18, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of the IL18 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa.
