The IL17RE receptor (Interleukin-17 Receptor E) functions as a binding partner for IL-17C, driving epithelial-cell-derived inflammatory signaling through the ACT1 adaptor and downstream NF-κB and MAPK cascades. This unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, was generated for researchers mapping Th17-axis responses in human epithelial tissues and keratinocyte models.

Validated for Western blot workflows on human samples, the reagent is supplied as 200 µl of polyclonal antiserum ready to dilute into standard blocking buffers. Because IL17RE is constitutively expressed in mucosal and skin epithelial compartments and is upregulated under inflammatory challenge, it is frequently targeted in studies of psoriasis-like dermatitis, intestinal barrier dysfunction, and host defense against extracellular bacteria.

The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies of the user's choice, supporting both chemiluminescent and immunofluorescent readouts in downstream assays. Storage at 4 °C in single-use aliquots is recommended to preserve antibody activity across multiple experiments.
