Anti-IL17RB Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL-17RB, validated for Western blot use. The reagent is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 75 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:1,000 to 1:4,000 is recommended. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 18-292 of human IL17RB (NP_061195.2).

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
