A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting IL17RA. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 697-866 of human IL17RA (NP_055154.3). The reagent is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:1,000 to 1:4,000. The target has a molecular weight of 100 kDa.
Storage instructions: shipped at 4°C; upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
