Anti-IL17A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting IL-17A, offered by Antibodies.com. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), with recommended dilutions of 1:100-1:500 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for immunofluorescence (IF), and is supported by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24-155 of human IL17A (NP_002181.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 18 - 25 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
