Anti-IL16 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IL16 (Pro-interleukin-16) and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The immunogen is a recombinant human IL16 protein, and the reagent was affinity-purified to detect endogenous levels of total IL16. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
