Anti-IL16 Antibody [59]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody, clone 59, is raised against IL-16 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised preparation validated for Western blot (WB). The unconjugated IgG2b reagent is produced in Mouse and is reactive with Human samples.

Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant human IL-16, with the immunogen being purified recombinant human IL-16. Purity is by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the formulation is lyophilised from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. The antibody shows no cross-reactivity with human serum albumin, bovine serum albumin, IL-1ß, IL-8, IL-7, MCAF, TGF-ß1, EGF, bFGF, GM-CSF, M-CSF or TNF-a.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
